Rehearsal Information for Musicians:

Fall Program: Jesse Irons Homecoming
Featuring Jesse Irons, a Vermont-raised, Boston-based violinist, who plays with the Grammy-nominated "A Far Cry" conductor-less string orchestra. Jesse will offer outreach at high schools and has been invited to play in the VPR studio as part of his visit with us. He will conduct and play Mozart's 4th Violin Concerto with us! We will offer a free, open dress rehearsal with Q&A on our regular Thursday evening dress rehearsal, at the Waterbury State Office Complex Atrium. Concerts will be by ticketed admission.

Holiday Performance: Amahl & The Night Singers
National Life Group Foundation and Montpelier Alive (Downtown Events Grant) are providing support to create ongoing performances of the one-act Opera, Amahl and the Night Visitors, on a bi-annual basis at Lost Nation Theater. Featuring MCO, Mary Bonhag & other soloists, Mary Jane Austen & Chorus, Moving Light Dance Company and All Together Now puppeteers. Performances will be by ticketed admission.

Spring Program: Further Afield
A New Composition by Barre-based composer David Gunn, commissioned by the MCO and made possible by the Vermont Community Fund's Vermont Arts Endowment Fund. Concert (one only) will be by reservation (free admission).
